Booking, changes and cancellation terms

• Non-refundable: once the purchase is made, the amount is not refunded.
• Date changes: free up to 7 days before the flight. Within the 7 days prior to the flight date, changes are subject to availability and a management fee; if no change is made, the flight is forfeited.
• Weather and safety: if the flight is cancelled for weather or safety reasons (pilot's decision), it is rescheduled to another date at no cost. No refund applies.
• No-show: failing to attend on the agreed day without prior notice forfeits the flight, with no refund or change.
• Validity: the voucher is valid until the stated date and is transferable to another person.

These terms do not affect the consumer's statutory rights where applicable.
